"This property is super clean and the staff is very nice and helpful. It is in an excellent location and right across from a grocery store (Continente) and a block and a half from the metro station. You can get to it directly from the airport by metro and you are located where you can get to anything with a two to five metro stop ride."

"The front desk staff were helpful. The best feature of the place was the pool. You can wait there while your room is getting ready. I wouldn't pay to get in early. Restaurant by the pool is great. The bar by the pool nice staff. You will need a card to use the elevator like most places. No phones in the room . You will need your phone if you want to communicate with front staff at the hotel with any of your concerns. It's a great location. If you can walk you can get to old town. Not far. Grocery store close. Breakfast good selection but food not hot ..ie pancakes. The staff are amazing!!! If you don't want any extras for a hotel this is for you. It takes a bit to first get use to this style of hotel."

"We were there just one night and we arrived at midnight and left before 7am the next morning to catch a flight back home. So we did not eat breakfast so can’t rate that. The hotel is on a side street off the Main Street and does not have much frontage and is not well marked. And as it was dark we had a little trouble finding it. Be aware that there is no elevator so you will have to walk up the stairs. Also, the plumbing is very noisy. Whenever you flush the toilet or run the faucet there is a loud racket. The bathroom was very clean and had been updated. The person at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Oh, and the air conditioning worked fine."

"We had such an incredible 4-night stay that I can't stop raving about the exceptional service! Not only is the hotel stunning with such great facilities, the staff go above and beyond. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we felt at home. The doormen do not let you lift a finger; they're there offering help before you can even say hello. The guest services staff were incredible -- especially Antonio and his lovely colleague (I can't recall her name) who played with our 1 and 5 year old children each time they saw them. Our daughter was ill during the trip and the hotel facilitated a private Drs visit to our room (at a fee) which made a huge difference to the rest of our stay. The pool is a great temperature, spa facilities and massage were fantastic, breakfast was vast and there is a comfortable shuttle that operates every 30 minutes to the town centre. This was my second time staying at the Corinthia and I now want to stay at all locations when I travel."

"It’s the little things that matter sometimes. The concierge was so nice to help get a wheelchair for my mother to help get her around. The bartenders always greeted us with a smile and little snacks to enjoy while having a drink. One server my mom thought was so great she offered if he ever came to the states to come visit and stay in her guest room whenever he wanted lol. The bellhop always got the door when we entered or exited. These things and many others made our stay one to remember for a lifetime. Even the manager asked how everything was as we checked out thanking us for staying. Thank you all so much!!"
