"Our family loved this property!!. There were lots of beach chairs which is often an issue at other resorts. The ocean was warm and the sand was awesome. the food was great with lots of selection. Excellent choices and got into every a la carte without difficulty. Lots to do around the resort. Great walking outside of the resort. easy to get a cab and go around to places as well. "

"We’ve been to multiple 4 to 5 star resorts and the Riu tops them all with exceptional staff service and incredible food. The resort, although fully booked is the perfect size for the amenities.We didn’t wait for drinks or for tables one time in our eight day stay. Our room was always clean and fresh and they turned down the bed bedsheets when we went out for dinner. Exceptional service."

"The activties during the day were basic, beach volleyball, water aerobics, bocce on the beach. Food at buffet was fresh and plentiful"

"We loved our second stay at BV Grand. The staff is great and Sunset restaurant is our favourite for the food and also the majestic sunset view. Rooms were very clean and the service was efficient everyday. We missed having a bit more protein options at the Buffet restaurant. Jorge our pool server is the best and always makes our stay so pleasant . We loved the Mexican night . It was the highlight of our stay . The Tradicional Mexican shows were the best. Point to improve: the bike service. Bikes need some maintenance or replacement. "
