Excellent resort, the staff were excellent. The pool side drink and food service made days at the pool fun and relaxing. Edgar, Ara and all the other entertainment team staff seem to have unlimited energy and were excellent with both children and adults. Rooms and common areas were always cleaned in a timely manner by the cleaning staff, and the landscaping around the resort was beautiful!

Our family had a great time here. Staff were attentive and good mix of things to do and areas to relax. The half day snorkeling on Pato Bobo with TB tours was a highlight for the teens.

Clean Room, perfect place for a family vacation. Restaurants were able to help my wife with her food allergies which was great. Pool and beach was very nice and clean. I would recommend anyone to stay here, we had a pleasant experience.

Is a beautiful hotel, the staff is perfect, very clean. But is very boring and nothing to do but eat, be in the swimming pool and drink. We spend a lot of time in our room sleeping because there's absolutely nothing to do. who want's a cooking lesson when you're on vacation, or learned Spanish?? you want to have fun. the entertainment is mediocre. They should have a "Noche Mexicana" the stage is 10X12 outside. There's no reason to take nice clothes, no place to wear them. Will I ever go back. NO! I can sleep at home.

We had an amazing stay at Villa del Palmar Flamingos! Everything exceeded our expectations. We chose the all-inclusive option, and every meal was delicious with plenty of variety. We traveled with our 4- and 6-year-old, and one of our favorite features was the heated pool—it made swimming comfortable and enjoyable for the kids every day. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job cleaning our room daily, and we loved the thoughtful treats they left for us. The entire resort was clean, welcoming, and family-friendly. We had a wonderful vacation and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this resort to families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

This resort has everything you need. Great location, clean, well maintained, friendly staff, beautiful views of the bay for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Some great servers we remember is Johnathan in lobby bar at night. Miguel is the best pool server ever! High energy and always gets you what you want or need before you can think of asking! Aldo at the Italian restaurant was great too!

Property was clean and beautiful. Room was spacious- it had a mini kitchen which was super helpful. Food and drinks were delicious. Service was mixed- some staff were very nice and attentive, other staff seemed bothered to help out. This is not your usual all inclusive resort. You have to wait to be served everywhere: at the pool, restaurants, and beach. You have to wait around at your chair until someone asks what you need, and sometimes no one comes or take too long. You also need to sign a receipt of what you have consumed every time you order something, which is time consuming and annoying. Also, note that this is a super quiet place. They don’t have any entertainment, activities, shows, no pool bar, or music. Although it is a beautiful and clean place, with good food, we got super bored! Also, for some reason, the lights inside the room don’t turn off completely, so the room doesn’t get dark enough for sleep.
