The hotel location was nice and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the busy Puerto Vallarta town. We really enjoyed the food and the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The beach view was great from our hotel room and the all buffet restaurant was facing the ocean and it was beautiful to have breakfast every morning with a great view. I can’t wait to return for my next vacation at the Barcelo.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room, the balcony, the master shower were spacious and the fridge was refilled daily with enough drinks. The extra bedroom and bathroom were a highlight although we didn't use them. The night shows were entertaining. The food was ok. The water was clean and warm. Great stay.

Food was okay, rooms were large and clean, you will not be able to access premium alcohol unless you are gold member. Wish I would’ve known that before booking as the alternative alcohol was cheap and tasted horrible.
