The grounds were beautiful and the restaurants and restaurant staff were excellent. The front staff needed a lot of training as they moved us to 4 different rooms when they needed ours for wedding events. They changed our rates each time and it went from $240 to $500 a day, Love the overall hotel, hated the changing rooms and prices.

Good location, polite staff, great food. But I booked the trip in February with the option to lock in the dates and price. I just arrived 6/16/25 and was quoted an increase due to the resort fee changed. I need that to make sense. How can I choose the reserve now pay later and the price change?

The staff were very helpful and the property was nice, however the outside wasn't as nice as other properties I've stayed at in PV.
