"This is our favorite hotel. The pool is beautiful easy to enjoy after a day in the parks or just to take a break from the parks in the middle of the day. This hotel has easy access to the theme parks, easy to walk to. Food options are basic. The staff is extremely helpful and very pleasant. "

"The entire place was clean and welcoming. From the lobby to the restaurant and cafe, to the room. Staff was very nice and helpful. The food at the hotel was great! The indian coffee was delicious. Very close walk to Universal and a few other places to eat. I would defiantly stay here again over the near by hotels."
