Amenities were great at the Lowe’s Sapphire Falls. Fantastic pool, great gym & attentive staff. Strong Water Tavern is highly recommended. The water taxi made getting to the parks or Universal City Walk a breeze. The hotel was centrally located, making it easy to get to other parts of Orlando . A great mid level hotel at Universal. It would easily be a luxury hotel at other resorts. I’ll definitely return.

I've stayed at this property a total of 3 times. The first 2 times were great. This last trip could have gone better. The room definitely had to be fully re-cleaned and a few maintenance fixes upon closer inspection once we got there. I was also disappointed by the poolside service. It was faster/easier to just go to the restaurant/bar outside than to rely on the service. The valet and front desk staff were great!
