Was given 2 rooms on the 4th floor (family of 6) Shower full of tiny tiny dead bugs on the floor, on closer inspection there are dead and ALIVE bugs all throughout the room and crawling up the bed pedestal. They are super tiny i had to put my phone flashlights on and bend down to really see them but they are there. Call down stairs they give me another room SAME THING! Manager Michael tells me he is going to send up the housekeeper and an environmental services guy so i can show them and hell work on getting me yet another room. Well the EVS guy comes in and tells me yeaaaaa those are definitely bed bugs! Take allll my luggage’s down stairs talk to Michael the manager who is trying to convince me to stay and hell put me in a different tower. No thanks Michael. He offers me cabana bay with a “discount” for an additional $167 or the Loews Sapphire with a “discount” for an additional $600. I told him to give me a second. I pulll out my tablet and go to EXPEDIA ( I’ve been using this site for over 15yrs i swear they have the best deals) and i find the same cabana bay room he offered me for $9 dollars LESS then what i paid for this hotel. So instead of me having to shell out another $167 with Michael’s discount i would actually be getting a refund of $9. Then i go to look at Loews Sapphire on Expedia and its going to cost me only an extra $99 to stay there NOT $600. None the less we went to the LOEWS and it was wonderful.

I loved our 2 room suite, very comfy. Would have liked to have thicker comforters on the beds. The pool areas were so much fun and nicely cared for. Lifeguards were friendly and helpful 🙂

Property was nice. Took forever to check in though and forever to get our luggage when leaving. Should have more staff for this. Did not compare to staying at Disney, but was nice. Transportation was great! Liked having a fridge and microwave.
