"This was my second stay the rooms were updated and clean the pool was accessible the grounds were safe and clean. The included breakfast was decent. The lobby was festive and decorated for the holidays and every desk manager that I encountered was top tier polite respectful and friendly helpful! Location is prime right off of a main thoroughfare if other interests should arise. Will definitely stay again when we return to Orlando."

"Starting with the front desk , amazing ! Hotel is beautiful, clean and very well located , take the boat and be at citywalk in 5 minutes. The pool is really nice also. 100% recomend the stay"

"This hotel is really nice. Clean rooms, beautiful room and bathroom. Our adjoining room door was not working so we called the front desk. The maintenance man was there in seconds. The food in the cafe in the lobby is DELICIOUS. The lobby is beautiful too. We would stay here again. The buildings are two story so there isn’t an elevator. Not a problem. The cafe is open till 12am. No buffet breakfast, but believe me I’d rather pay for and eat delicious food. "
