The room was amazing. I did some food prepping in unit to take home cooked food. I absolutely loved it. I needed the lasagne baking dish and bought it for a tiny price. I would totally go back. We ubered 2 nights out and loved that it was gated safe and uber came to our room and instacart Publix. Do it !

Quick Business Stay for Future Group

We loved the room. It was spacious and clean. It had that nice "new room" feel to it. We also enjoyed the waterpark. The water slides (stay away from the pink slide, it will scratch your back) and lazy river was a big hit. The only reason that I could not give this property 5 stars is due to our apartment being right next to the basketball court and pool. They opened the basketball court at 8 AM and started blaring music at the same time. This is pretty early for vacation, when you might want to sleep in. They also did not closely monitor the basketball courts at night, so even though they are supposed to close at 8 PM, teenagers would play late night, which made it hard to sleep if you were in the units close to the courts. The main pool and lazy river are not really monitored. These areas could use a walk around attendant. This is a great property. They just need to tighten up some of their policies and procedures.

Property and room are very clean with great view. Room equips with great kitchen wares, coffee machine, kettles, etc. However, we took 2 stars out due to noise from hard floor upstairs, low water pressure of guest bathroom shower and extremely soft pillows and mattresses considering the property just being in service. In addition, we did self-ordered for food at Aqua bar, and credit card got charged but the order didn't gone through, so we had to follow up with server after having to wait for over an hour.

The complex is new, the rooms are very good, the pool area , lazy river, slides, water park for kids excellent. The only thing is that the park must be closed for security reasons if you have a minimal climatic problem. I recommend it, kids going to enjoy it for sure

The apartment was beautiful, very clean and brand new. It has everything you need in kitchen. The staff at the check in was very welcoming. I only want to point out a thing here, my 2 yrs old boy while playing on the water park for kids he pooped on his diaper, things/accidents happens, and for every person with toddlers Im sure they know what Im talking about, the safe guard covered her nose, in a very rude manner and he started to tell everybody and they all laughed. I think it was very disrespectful and not professional at all they way the handle the incident, you dont do that to a 2 yrs old and to his family. I would not recommend this hotel to any family with kids

The staff was amazing at this location. Ross at check in and through our whole 7 day stay was amazing - very friendly, helpful and went out of his way for my family. Jeffrey at the bar was extremely friendly and amazing service. Phill in maintenance was extremely helpful when the original service member showed up and never came back after our thermostat broke - but once Phil stepped in he got us taken care of. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations, quality service and value for the cost.

Our entire experience was fabulous! Our apartment was spacious, clean and had all the amenities you could ever need. The only issue is that the in-room coffee wasn't great. The pool/lounge area was like being in a resort - a nice place to return to after a long day at Universal. Staff were lovely (especially Ross!)
