The good: The room was clean, and it ir very close from Universal. The bad: There is a strong smell from the restaurant located in the lobby that affects the lobby and elevators They only service the room every 3 days The parking lot is too small for the size of the hotel, when full you have to park at a different parking lot close to tbe hotel (walking distance)

We stayed there because of the shuttle service to universal and for the pool. The shuttle service only ran at 8:45am and 6:00pm which did not work for us so we had to get an uber anyways and the pool closed at 6:00pm so we did not go swimming.
