"Great location, very close to waterfront and transport links. Hotel has great bones but is a bit tired in parts. Staff friendly and helpful with the exception of the pool attendants who spend entire time looking at phones not the pool and were completely obvious to a pool incident unfolding. "

"Very convenient location, 3mins walk to train station and shopping centre. Very close to lots of good dining options. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were all very lovely, friendly and helpful. Gym equipment also modern and well maintained. Overall, highly recommend and would come back!!"
