Rooms had attention to detail. Nice layout shower room. Well designed, backlit and magnification mirror, clothes brush even an umbrella left to use. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast good selection of east and west food. Good position for everthing, shops, MRT. Only downside for me was aircon too cold and couldnt get room warmer other than turn off.

The room was exactly what I needed to feel comfortable. The weighted blankets were so thick, I slept like a baby. The restaurants were great and the service was second to none. I was not in a renovated room and I enjoyed my stay, I can only imagine the grandeur of the newly renovated quarters. No doubt, I would stay again. Great location, everything was perfect!

I was somewhat disappointed with the room, as I was informed that all levels below the 16th floor are still awaiting renovations. The aged condition of the rooms does not reflect the standards expected of a four-star hotel. It appears that the primary selling point of the property is its convenience and location rather than comfort. For a more modern and comfortable hotel experience, I personally find iclub and Dorsett to be better options. That said, I would like to commend the approachable and friendly staff members, whose professionalism and hospitality helped to offset the less pleasant aspects of the room stay. Their service was a highlight of my visit and deserves recognition.
