"Absolutely loved this place! The rooms were so fun and unique, and the staff was very kind and helpful. My only issue was that the stairs up to the bathtub in my room (the third floor jungle suite) were very small and slightly sloped, so it was kinda hard to get in and out of the tub. It seemed like the other rooms I saw probably don't have this issue? But all in all would definitely stay again!"

"I rated it a 4 very comfortable beds and pillows stayed one night only down fall bed was literally right in front of air conditioner so I had to shut off cause it was blowing right on face when sleeping then got stuffy so turned back on slept with covers over over my head no irons or iron boards in room had to ask for iron and had to wait for others to use iron and return it back to office before we got to use it didn't know if we had time to iron our clothes due to the wait every one was there for a graduation but other wise not a bad stay just need a few adjustments staff was very friendly"

"Honestly, this hotel was perfect. It was in the best location. It was very clean. The staff was super friendly. Sabrina at the front desk was so nice and we really enjoyed this hotel. The parking is right in the building which made it very convenient. This hotel is near many restaurants and places to catch dinner which was great for us. It was in the middle of downtown and they had many bars nearby. The breakfast was actually delicious. I have Celiac and they had an entire gluten-free section which was really great for me. Highly recommend this hotel and we will be back."

"The hotel was not far from our activities at the convention center. Took a 7 minute walk. The train to the airport was half a block. The staff were accomodating on all shifts. They were helpful and pleasant always answering questions regarding the city. Our room was always clean. The breakfast in the morning was fairly standard for included breakfasts. The check in and out process expedient. We were on the second floor. The noise from the room above was substantial when guests were walking back and forth, otherwise pleasantly confortable room and bed."
