Yes, the room was clean, everything was organized. The only downfall was the floor above us creek.Really bad.So whoever was walking up there and woke up at four o'clock in the morning and ran a marathon , woke us up
Checkin was easy and the staff were very pleasant and courteous. The hotel overall was very clean and kept up. The first thing I noticed when I entered the room was how fresh it smelled. Having the breakfast buffet was nice. It offered an assortment of food and drinks. I would stay here again.

Comfortable
It was great! I just needed to change rooms I wasn’t comfortable in the one. They were very accommodating and were able to switch rooms with me. Breakfast was delightful. Used laundry room nice.
The facility was nice. Our hall did smell of cigarettes which was gross, but the room was clean. Lots of homeless folks in the area and in the parking lot and we had to pay for parking on site which was surprising. Otherwise it was comfortable for one might. Free breakfast was nice
Our room has not ne cleand and bed not done for the 2nd night !!!! This should not happen in this kind of hôtel.
However, Breakfast is good but more choice like muffin and mueslis and other fruits should be a good idea.
Very vlean hôtel.
Standard affair. Room was clean. Hotel and room show some wear. Location was pretty good and within walking distance to pretty much everything in the downtown area.
The room was great. Quiet, clean. The receptionist who checked us in late afternoon 10/13 did the barest minimum. Barely spoke a word. Never offered any info on the wifi or breakfast unless prodded to do so. A smile would have gone a long way.

Liked: Staff & service, room comfort
Room included ear plugs
Did not live up to brand standards. Hotel was in poor shape and appeared to be poorly built. Several ceiling tiles were missing and work was apparently being done on the hot water system as there was no hot water in the morning.
Room included ear plugs, which were necessary as the walls and doors did little to keep out noise. Could hear conversations in the neighboring rooms and those in the room above.
Bed was clean & comfortable and there was a cover on the mattress (which was a plus)
Breakfast was exactly what you would expect from a Fairfield.
Would not choose to stay here again.
$10 per night for parking on top of cost of the room. A two night stay cost us $457 with all taxes, fees, and parking costs. The hotel is an older hotel that has been remodeled and updated really well. The walls are very thin— we could hear the people in the room next to us talking, and the dogs barking in the room on the other side of us. The staff was friendly, but the woman that checked us in told us that breakfast was from 7am to 10am but when we got down to breakfast at 9:30am, it was being put away. We explained to the breakfast staff why we were there “late” but they wouldn’t stop putting breakfast away. It was a bit frustrating. The hotel was clean and close to everything downtown— we walked to the delta center with our 8 year old and 4 month old in a stroller just fine. Maps says it’s an 18 minute walk from the hotel to the delta center, but it only took us maybe 15 minutes.
