Im Zimmer waren einige Dinge defekt,... Toiletten Papier Halter, TV Fernbedienung! Ansonsten war es ein gutes Zimmer mit guten Betten. Das Frühstück war auch ausgezeichnet. Speck, Rührei, Waffeln, Toast usw .
Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit.
So, I will just tell you when we arrived to our room there was a giant fan “the air conditioning” bc the thermostat was hanging off the wall. Needless to say we barely slept due to the heat. the shower was stained and dripping. As we were walking in from dinner we were asked for money from a man in the parking lot. This was not at all worth the money we paid. I was very disappointed.

Amanda at the front desk was extremely helpful. Breakfast was very good I enjoyed the waffle maker. Every thing was good. The room was clean and the beds and pillows very comfortable.
The room was clean. I did have problems with the cable/TV in the room, and the staff there seemed like it was not a priority for our stay all the staff told us was "we will let maintenance crew know about the cable/TV issue" and was not resolved. Parking was hectic at night as there is a parking lot but it was full both nights. Staff was also told of ants on the floor and getting onto the beds but again staff did not resolve this problem as well.

The lack of lighting in the driveway/parking lot area makes arriving at night uncomfortable. The hotel is nice in its public areas but needs upkeep in those and rooms
The AC is extremely noisy, even when switched off (a rumbling noise).
I asked the staff, and apparently, it is normal; it's the "engine" cooling phase.
We have never had this issue at other hotels when using the AC before.
Lots of drug addicts and homeless people are surrounding the hotel.
My recommendation would be to look for another option if you have the choice.

Hardly any available parking. We were also put in a room where the air con didn’t work and the staff were very difficult about moving us.

Nice Breakfast. Clean room.
Motel was dated, could use a make over. Carpets were old. No pool as advertised.
The Motel allows dogs, l would not have stayed here if I had known that. Big dogs were all over the place. They were walking on the carpets and staying in the rooms. This was disgusting.
Very good value for cost. The bed and bedding were excellent and the room layout was great. Shower was great. It was nice and quiet at night. The only issue for me was how the room was a bit dirty in some places and not that well maintained compared to other hotels in the US (old carpet, nasty bathroom walls...). I would still stay here again; I had a great sleep.

No issues with parking. Check-in was a little rough as far as wait time. Room AC didn’t keep the room temp at the set temp during the hot days. Washer and dryer work. I wish there were better instructions for how to use it as far as what buttons to push for each function after inserting your coins. The dryer’s lint trap area was obviously full and in need of a vacuum; the lint trap didn’t fully sit inside its area. Rooms are spacious, but the TVs are too small for the distance between them and the bed. It seems the rooms are a little outdated. Breakfast was good, no issues there!
Overall, there’s a reason it’s the cheapest in town, but still, I expected a little bit more than what I experienced. I understand it’s just a Comfort Inn, but it’s not a Motel 6 on the side of the road, you know. If you just need a place to land near Temple Square and want free parking and breakfast, this is the place!
We were there for our convention...The hotel is very old...carpet everywhere...Bathroom floor tiles were loose....Shower is old....The AC was very noisy....and it was a good walk from the train...We will NOT be returning...especially not at that price
The hotel is looking quite tired. I had to ask to move rooms because the AC in my original room was making loud noises even though it was turned off. The staff were very obliging. The floor of the original room was filthy under and around the bed but the second room was better.
Felt safe and rooms were comfortable but basic. HVAC system was VERY loud. Asked to move rooms because of it and it was the same in a different room. I’d book there again if necessary but only if I couldn’t find something else reasonably priced.

The breakfast was very good. We had no car because we flew in from Denver, but there were a lot of parking spaces. When we first arrived they gave us a room that was evidently for handicapped people. There was no door for the toilet, and there were no other doors in the room. There was no privacy. One chair for the desk. When we checked into the room it was dingy and did not look presentable. To get to the room we walked the entire hallway, turned right and to get to the room we had to walk outside to the room which was on the left of the parking lot. The area outside the room had dried leaves and hadn't been swept for a long time. After the full length mirror slid down the wall when we closed the outside door, my husband immediately walked in the parking lot to the front door and complained, saying that they should never rent that room to anyone. We were able to get a room inside the building. It was adequate. This is an old motel and we were disappointed during our stay. We had flown to Salt Lake for my sister's funeral. The other family members stayed at the Crystal Inn and their rooms were beautiful! We would not refer our family to stay at this Comfort Inn.
