The room was clean and beds comfortable. The surrounding neighborhood however was sketchy. There were many, and I mean many, unhoused/unwashed people loitering around the property. Thankfully, there is a locked gate around the hotel which does help it feel safer. Bottom line, if you need a clean, no frills room at a decent price and don’t care about the dilapidated downtown neighborhood, then this is your place.

There is no coffee in the rooms. That is a must for me anyway. The Tub was yellow and had hair in it even though the room had a strong smell of bleach... too strong. I had to open the windows for and it was not good. The Hair dryer was broken. It turned on but the hi low and heat button was broke so I just had to use it like that. Staff was nice. Food was on time. They use rough paper Bowls...the texture of the inside of an egg carton to eat Cereal with milk... Strange and did not help. The coffee cup lids were not the right size and while being very careful, I still squeezed a little too hard and coffee spilled up out and all over my rental. So. Not a great experience.
