"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the service and overall conditions were far below expectations. The bathtub was slippery was not clean, and the staff was not helpful when I raised concerns. I expected a comfortable and professional stay, but instead I felt frustrated and ignored. A hotel should make guests feel welcome and cared for, and unfortunately this place did the opposite. I would not recommend staying here unless major improvements are made in cleanliness and customer service "

"Perfect location! Close enough to time square yet far enough not to be noisy and over crowded. We didn’t have a shower curtain in our room and didn’t notice until midnight. The staff moved us to a suite for the inconvenience and turned our average stay into a phenomenal experience. Great customer service goes a very long way! This will be my hotel of choice going forward while in New York! "

"Easy to locate. Staff was very helpful. Room was bigger than what we were expecting which was awesome. It is close to some areas in Little Italy. Right next to multiple subway entrances. I recommend for sure! We will be staying here again in the future"

"The hotel itself is great. The room is spacious. The beds are comfortable. The staff is friendly. There is rooftop restaurant called the Purple Room with a magnificent view. The only problem I had was not with the hotel but its location. The hotel is situated near a lot of bars, eateries and two of the nights I was there at 3-4 in the morning there was a lot of loud noise coming from obnoxious people in the street. I had to call the manager and ask him to call the police twice. Just beware. "
