Great location, just a short stroll to the famous Tsujiki Fish market.
Room was clean and fresh, decent size compared to others we had throughout our trip.
Would recommend
Love the hotel, it was close by the food markets and it was also walking distance to the stores around. The hotel staff were awesome and rooms were super clean.
The hotel is located în a very good touristic zone.
The room was very clean and spacious especially for Japan.
The SPA is located at the 2nd floor and is included în the fare for hotel guests.
The breakfast was indeed special and very delicious!
For sure I will recommend to my friends!!!
This hotel is just a block away from the famous Tsukiji Fish Market. It’s also conveniently located right next to a Family Mart making it a great location.
The room was clean and spacious compared to other Tokyo hotels. I love that there was a little table and small tatami area. There was a free coffee/latte machine downstairs and a lounge with books and other games. Unfortunately I couldn’t use the onsen as I have tattoos, but I’m sure it was wonderful too. Would definitely recommend staying here!
Convenient location at the end of the main Ginza area. Rooms are tight with little space. I understand the language barrier but the staff was not friendly and weren’t willing to accommodate any requests.
Very accommodating to our stay there. The room is spacious enough for my family of 4. Everything in the room was pleasant. My only complaint is the hotel elevator and hallways in the room floors were very hot. I think the air conditioner in those areas were set to 77-80F. However the AC in the room is very strong. This location is so close to the Tsukiji fish market which is the best thing about this hotel location.
The location of the hotel is excellent; lots of nice Japanese food restaurants. Many of these restaurants are small and quaint run by seniors japanese and therefore authentic. The staff are very polite and helpful. Love the hotel. I would stay here again.
Staff were great! Kept room clean, and yes, initially we booked the relax single bed room, had to upgrade for a larger room but with twin beds. Better than previous room, so the total 5 nites stay was pleasant.
This hotel is excellent. It's modern, clean, and quiet. Its location is ideal for anyone traveling by subway; the neighborhood is also very walkable. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of food, all of which is delicious and fresh.
