The room was really clean. Staff is very nice. They helped us organize luggage shipment to our next hotel in Osaka. Wish it was slightly closer to the train stations but it was still very walkable.

The laundry + kitchen floor is not available until mid July, and the elevator is wrapped for construction purposes, and also the construction noise. Overall no clue why they still operating the hotel even under construction.

Very quiet area in Shimbashi. Great local food nearby and walkable. About a 15 minutes to Shimbashi station and can go to places like Shibuya,Akihabara,Shinjuku, and other popular spots in Tokyo. Check-in was very smooth and the room was small(Knowing Tokyo,i was expecting it). I did have a leak in my room and the staff was able to accommodate me to a different room and were very apologetic.

Close to the action but still quiet

This was a Christmas trip and we wanted to be somewhere quiet but close to the train if we need to get out. This hotel provided both of those things. They were helpful and nice. The rooms were clean and modern. I would stay here again. It was small for 3 people but it was 2 adults and a child. We made it work..

The staff were very friendly and helpful when holding luggage. The room was very small but comfortable. The hotel was quite close to a few subway stations which made it easy to get around. The coffee area was also nice and we took advantage of it in the morning.

"Feel real Japan near you"

The staff are very friendly and delicate. It was a first tokyo travel with my family, and they really were helpful to us. The room is a little bit small, but it's Japanese style, so I understand. There is a place on the 12th floor where you can drink coffee and eat some food. There are many Japanese office workers around here, so I can feel better that I came to Japan. I highly recommend this hotel to you guys.
