Staff were lovely, room clean and functional. Great location near multiple metro lines. Plenty of food options a nd convinces stores near by. Not in an over busy area compares to Shibuya so was not overly noisy. If having breakfast at hotel is a full traditional Japanese cooked breakfast, very tasty but alot of food (I struggled to get through it all)
Once you enter the hotel, the friendly staff will greet you with a game as an illusion for a fun hotel. If you like the smell of unwashed carpet flooring, then this is the place for you. The dust in the walls will cause nonstop fun because you will be sneezing your brains out. Moldy airplane size bathroom will prepare you for your next flight. Cleaning every 3 days will make want to keep the room nicely made up by yourself. Did I mention the dirt in the carpet left by the previous occupants are a great welcome!? Enjoy!
Hide was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Loved the room and shower, breakfast was good but a bit repetitive (but always delicious). Staff was pretty nice also, check in and check out quick and easy. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to friends. Ahh before I forget: amazing location as well, close to Tokyo station and two other smaller but well connected train stations!
Fantastic hotel in a great location. Walkable to restaurants and shopping in Ginza. Staff always helpful and friendly. Free refreshments at the dining area is a plus!
The staff were very welcoming and helpful, and the complimentary amenities were a great bonus. The location is excellent, with the train station just steps away. The rooms are quite small, but overall it’s a great stay
I had a great stay here. While the first impression was of stylish lighting, dark rugs and some kind of deodorizing spray I slept well and quite enjoyed the breakfast. The location was really perfect for going between Toranomon and Otemachi and it's near Tokyo Station as well.
