The staff are very friendly and facility was clean. Our rooms are a decent size for a family of 4. The laundry facility is very convenient as well. The local restaurants around the hotel were super awesome. Gives you a more authentic experience of Japan. Its not a fancy area but any means but we felt Safe enough to walk around area as a family. Its super close to the kamata station which made commuting very easy.

We absolutely loved this hotel! We had originally booked a smaller room, but upon arrival decided to upgrade to their suite. It was incredible! There was a washer/dryer in the room which was a nice surprise. The bathroom is fully remodeled and gorgeous. The hot tub with jets was a big hit with the kids. And all for a very reasonable price compared to any other miniature room/ hotel in Tokyo. The neighborhood is magnificent!!! Truly felt like we’re in real Tokyo after going to all the touristy parts. The train station in a 2 min walk and it’s so massive, we spent our entire last day there and didn’t cover 1/4 of the shops in it. We were no more than 30 min for any destination. Just beautiful neighborhood, great reception and staff. Wonderful room. Couldn’t recommend more.
