It was clean overall well maintained the property was limited with general waste bin and every other hotel was free of charge for laundry but here required coin for you to do laundry and the main reception area was small and did not have any seat area and in level two So over all experience staying at this hotel was good but these are a few things that could help alongside to make it better And also usually at the very house keeping done they leave water bottle but here was not provided

Overall one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in Tokyo. Staff are friendly and able to speak English for non-Japanese travellers. The housekeeping was also excellent. The only thing was we didn’t have the double or queen bed available. The bathroom ceiling was low for someone taller than 6’.

Clean room (with tiny bathroom), ample breakfast to fuel up for a full day of exploring, lots of little restaurants and Tsukiji fish market nearby, 15-minute walk to high-end Ginza shopping, Tokyo Tower, and to Tokyo station. Friendly and helpful staff. Would stay again.

The hotel is about 50m away from Tsukiji station exit3A, but only stairs accessible from that exit. The front desk staff and cleaner are nice, the room is clean. many local restaurants, convenient stores nearby, 10mins walk to Ginza area.

Everything you could want. Clean, quiet, helpful desk staff and an easy walk to the subway which provided simple easy transport to Disneyland and into the centre of Tokyo.
