APA Hotels are the premier way to book your stay in japan. I've been to many different lodging options and yet I always go back to APA. Though the room is small, daily cleaning, smoking rooms available, and vicinity to stations and convenience stores make this place a no brainer. Though, it is criminally close to another APA hotel, so don't mix them up and walk into the wrong one like I did.

Cockroach + cramped and stuffy room

I'll start with the positives... Hotel staff were really great every time i interacted with them. They helped us find the proper medicine when we got sick during our stay and when i left an item behind at the hotel they even shipped it to our next hotel for us for a very low cost. Which they really didnt have to do, so i appreciated them going out of their way to help in these circumstances. Since its a business hotel i expected the room to be small and a hit cramped, but the pictures really dont accurately depict how small the room was going to be and it was a bit claustrophobic by the end of our stay, especially as we accumulated more souvenirs. The rooms do not have AC and the temp was centrally controlled at a very high and uncomfortably temperature. Woke up multiple times in the middle of the nigjt sweating due to the uncomfortably high temp, and while we could crack the windows open, it was a bit loud outside so it wasn't ideal. Lastly and most unfortunately, we saw a cockroach in the hotel during our stay which made us very uncomfortable inside our room going forward... i get it happens, especially in a big city like that, but it really left a bad impression and made me feel it was unclean. Personally wouldn't stay here again but admittedly it was so cheap i understand why someome would book this place for their own trip.

The rooms were sooo small: UNREAL! The first room that they gave us was on the second floor, with no view of the city but a view of a next door building, a few feet from that window!!! My husband and I told the administration that we will NOT TAKE a room like that and asked for a room at least with a window to the city viewโ€ฆ Because of that, APA gave us the 11th floor room, with a nice view but the room was extremely small.

The staff is fine but the rooms are tiny. Breakfast is boring with only ready-made sandwiches every day. Itโ€™s located in a quiet area of Ginza with 2 walkable metro stations.

Solo hacen limpieza cada 3er dia, durante mi estancia 1 vez, realmente no hizo ninguna diferencia, solo se llevaron la basura. Los recepcionistas ok. No muy amigables pero eficientes. Hay una estaciรณn de metro a menos de 5 min lo cual es conveniente. Area tranquila
