"LiVEMAX provides a limited number of dog friendly rooms. It’s important to secure one by calling in advance. We really appreciated this important service at an affordable price. This particular LiVEMAX is located walking distance to Toyosu Park with plenty of great shopping and food options. Enjoy the beautiful city lights walking around there at night too."

10/10 Excellent
"This hotel is fantastic! You are greeted with a smile and with great service. The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are big and comfortable. The location is superb. The hotel is a great place!"
"The room with the king size bed was barely bigger than the bed itself, but the A/C worked amazing, the internet was decently fast, and the toilet seat was heated (a nice surprise!). The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful and there was included breakfast as well as a microwave available on the 2nd floor common area. Good location as well. "
"Stayed at Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo - Shiodome and loved it! The location is perfect—just steps from Shiodome Station and close to Ginza. The room was compact but very clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Super comfortable bed, great water pressure in the shower, and fast Wi-Fi.
Staff were polite and efficient, and the breakfast had a nice mix of Japanese and Western options. Would definitely stay here again for a hassle-free Tokyo trip! Highly recommend!"
