"Our room was super clean and we stayed in a family room where we had two separate floors so our son slept downstairs on the sofa bed and we had a bedroom upstairs where the bathroom was as well. The main room that our son was in was very spacious although the view wasn’t brilliant as we were looking out onto the car park but that’s full of trees so that didn’t really matter. The great thing was that our room was just above where the spa and pool was so it was really easy to get there, which was fantastic. The bedroom itself was quite small, but that didn’t really matter and it was right opposite the bathroom which was very useful. I would say that for the money the room could’ve been kept a little bit better. For example, one of the blinds had a bit missing so it let the lighting. Also there were two TVs one in the main room and one in the bedroom which was fantastic, but it would’ve been good if they were smart TVs. Some of the furniture was a little bit scratched as well so I wouldn’t say that the state of the room was excellent but the cleanliness was. The staff were absolutely amazing and really we couldn’t have asked for them to be any more friendly than they were. The spa was lovely not massive but good enough for us. The pool was a nice size. I wouldn’t say very big. There was a steam room and a sauna room which were very good. The hot tub was probably the best thing as I’ve never been in one that is quite as powerful! All in all we really enjoyed our stay!"

"The College Arms is a lovely old country pub and the room was quaint, spacious, clean and comfortable. The only staff member we spoke to was friendly and showed us to our room upon arrival. Although, we had to figure everything else out by reading a bit of paper stuck to the door on the inside. We chose not to have breakfast as we had made other plans but there was live music that was entertaining and didn't go on too long in the evening. However, there is a very bright green emergency light, right next to the bed which makes it difficult to sleep. But, it is a great base to go exploring the surrounding areas as well as it only being a short bus trip into Stratford upon Avon."

"A great dog friendly hotel. The little ‘dog box’ in the room was a nice touch. Comfortable room with everything you would need, just found the bed a little soft for our liking. Good enough breakfast to start your day, but the different stations seemed very far apart on other sides of the restaurant"
