Hotel is very clean. The building its very beautiful, and there are options to choose the rooms. Restaurant is lovely too. Very good location with sightseeing. Downside is the wall is a bit thin, but this is quite common in most hotels. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

The check in staff was amazing! Liv in particular was extremely helpful:) The rooms were decorated in a fun and cheeky manner but had all of the modern amenities needed for a very comfortable stay. The Woodsmen’s restaurant was outstanding. We had the Sunday Roast and it was one of the best meals we have ever had. The entire stay at the hotel was wonderful.

Lovely hotel, my 1st time staying there. I had requested early check in, it wasn't available, asked that i was phoned when the rooom was ready, that didn't happen i went to the desk at 3pm adn was booked in. Very clean comfortable room, my one niggle is why in so many hotels is there never a shelf big enough for a normal sized toiletry bag? A shelf with glasses for toothbrushes or a niche in the wall of a about 3 inches depth is no use so we end up putting our toiletry bags in the bedroom or on the floor, neither of which is ideal. It is as if whoever designed the room didn't try one out to see what might be missing;)

I stayed for my birthday yesterday and had the best time. Amazing food in the restaurant and breakfast was also good The staff are really helpful and friendly Lovely garden outside The coffee Lodge is a nice cosy spot The room we stayed at was 217 and it was better than expected, the bathroom was spotless and the bed was comfy, the interior was so stunning. I would definitely stay here again
