Stratford-upon-Avon is a tourist trap filled with tour parties and large groups most of the year round. The historic parts well kept and interesting but always busy. Visiting the RSC is always a pleasure, the quality of theatre is sublime!

Absolutely loved our day in Stratford upon Avon! The Bank holiday and good weather brought lots of visitors like ourselves exploring places of interest, we enjoyed a boat trip, and would highly recommend the hop on hop off bus tour!

The tour of Shakespeare's school and Guildhall is worth a visit, buy tickets at tourist info office to obtain a discount. Enjoyable lunch cruise on the Countess of Evesham although high water levels prevented full cruise.

Nice place to visit for a stay of 3 days. Lots of old buildings, the shakespeare connection is everywhere. The theatre is worth a visit to see a performance whilst you are visiting, plenty of good places to eat

The RSC was a great experience and within way walking distance through the town centre from the hotel. A direct steady walk takes only 15 minutes. Great little shops along Henley street too.

"Highly recommend, good area for all sorts of activities varying from families to couples to nights out. Lovely rooms and can’t fault service and breakfast has a fantastic range of choice. "
"Room was lovely and clean. Lifts were a bit of a nightmare even though there were 4! Checked in at 3.20 and rooms weren't ready but they gave us ones that were. Went for breakfast at 8.45 and luckily missed the huge queue that formed behind us. Full english breakfast, cereal, fruit toast, croissants, make your own waffles which were a hit with the kids, juice, water coffee etc, great for free! Would recommend for the price and would go again!"
