"My girlfriend and I stayed for 2 nights at this lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Hanoi. The biggest stand out of this hotel was the staff. They are so warm, friendly and accomodating and really looked after us. It was my birthday over the time we stayed and they organised a cake and decorations in our room and really went above and beyond. The location is fantastic, right round the corner from the Hoan Kiem lake, plenty of restaurants, spas, shops. The breakfast was good value for money, the room was spacious and again the staff accomodation all our needs whether providing extra pillows or arranging an airport drop off. Thank you so much for our stay! "

"The staff was very friendly and attentive. We loved the food at the hotel especially the breakfast buffet. Our server was very nice and accommodating. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. There are just some water spots on the marble from previous use but not a big issue"

"This was the best hotel of my 2 week trip. The hotel is new and you can tell, it is beautiful, clean and elegant. The location is great as it is in the middle of the Old Quarter and the staff was AMAZING! Top service. Tom, the manager was outstanding. "
