We were only in Hanoi for a short stay, but the hotel’s convenient location made it incredibly easy to see everything on our list. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, always eager to help with anything we needed. One of the highlights of our trip was an early tour morning when we came down to find a prepared breakfast waiting for us—complete with sweet, personalized notes. It was such a thoughtful touch and really made our stay memorable. Highly recommend!

Staff very eager to please. Restaurant food excellent. However, both restaurant and rooftop bar only take cash. Rooftop bar will not let you charge back to the room. Because of the location, it is extremely noisy. Room clean and comfortable.

Was a lovely stay. Staff were very attentive, and helped with everything we needed. After checkout they had a free service to hold our bags until our bus time which gave us time to explore without our bags and a shower service before we left to freshen up before leaving. Would highly recommend staying here as it is close to everywhere around old quarter.

Wonderful stay at the hotel. In the heart of the old quarter with vibrant street life and a very attentive and serviceminded staff that extended above and beyond what you normally would expect! A five star hotel in all regards AND the restaurant was one of the best culinary experiences me and my wife have had throughout our trip in Vietnam.

Perfect location in central Old Quarter for exploring the city sights. Extremely attentive service from everyone at the reception and all others. The breakfast is so so - Sky Bar is great. Would recommend for families and couples - though ensure it possible to get a room with a window - some rooms are without windows (also clearly advertised by hotels.com)
