"Staff was really great and accommodating, they spoke really great English as well. This property was close to train street which was nice and only 15 mins away from old town. The service is outstanding, the only downside to this hotel is the lighting, however it does not hinder over all experience (if you mind dim lighting when getting ready I would recommend booking a balcony room for natural lighting). I have stayed in over 10 hotels in Veitnam and this hotel had one of the best breakfast...

"We had a great stay! Hosts were always helpful and responsive, multiple times responding very promptly to our requests. The room is bright and airy with lots of windows and natural light just like the photos. Everything is very clean. We loved sitting and watching the activity on the street below. The internet is very fast. The free washing machine and dryers were a plus. You do have to furnish your own detergent. The apartment is near many restaurants and the Tong Duy Tan food street. "The rooms were comfort and clean. The rooms were set up like small apartments, so it was lovely having a kitchen and a large refrigerator to use. Also, the hotel is right in the heart of the old quarter, close to everything. It’s tucked away down a side street, so it is very quiet at night. The staff was also wonderful. Especially Thomas. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend staying here. "

When we were leaving on a day trip to ninh binh, Daniel reminded us to take a jacket as it gets cold in that area! The rooms were very clean and the bed was super comfortable.
