"Su Casa is a great apartment properry in Hanoi. It has a great location, very attentive staff, clean, spacious rooms, fast WiFI, and a nice roofdeck lounging area. "The rooms were clean and very very quite considering the neighbourhood. It's a great location and most importantly, the staff were excellent. Bob went above and beyond to help us out with additional bookings and we really appreciated his hospitality. Everyone was wonderful. He helped us book a spa treatment which was amazing and the food here is phenomenal."

"Everything was nice. The hotel staff was friendly. It's a basic hotel but that's all I needed. I had a room with no window which was also fine and I knew when I booked. I took away one star because I was a little concerned about a lamp in the room that would glow half bright during the night, which seems like something might be wrong with that wiring. (Based on my own misadventures in wiring) I still recommend this hotel as a nice basic place to stay because it's off the main road and therefore much quieter."
