Fantastic hotel with amazing staff and great service. Check in was efficient and thorough, restaurant had a lovely buffet selection as well as menu options. The Skybar had good views over Hanoi, humorous staff and a good range of snack options to go with the drinks. This hotel is very close to all amenities.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was a little too firm and the pillows a little too soft. The staff was great, very attentive and helpful. The restaurant had a great variety of food. The location in the old quarter during the new year meant it was always incredibly busy and it took a long time to get in and out of the area for day trips.

This is the third time we are staying in this hotel. Location is great, walkable everywhere, hotel itself is full of character, rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Staff are super helpful and friendly. Nice spa, great massage. Food excellent, both breakfast and dinner. Don’t hesitate to book, you won’t be disappointed!

Charming Victorian building very well maintained very clean. The staff was exceedingly helpful and friendly and made the effort to even remember my name and activities during my 3-day stay. A very welcoming and charming experience. Also both the dinner and breakfast were outstanding, although the dinner was substantially more expensive than a restaurant in Hanoi but nonetheless a very enjoyable dining experience.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Our Halong Bay tour was cancelled due to typhoon and they were able to fit us in for an extra night and linked us to great day tour to Ninh Binh. Great having a pool for kids to cool off in. Breakfast buffet excellent.

Hotel was lovely and the facilities were great, the staff were extremely helpful sorting Sims and taxis etc. within easy walking distance of the train street and old quarter and equally as easy to access the museums and other attractions. The restaurant is good but more expensive than you would generally pay in Hanoi and the sky bar make nice cocktails and have nice beer on tap. All around great experience.

Amazing hotel and even more amazing people

Amazing service, amazing room, amazing people. Stayed there for my husband’s 50th and they went above and beyond. Organised a cake, sang happy birthday, free welcome drink and mini bar then upgraded us to a bigger and better room at no cost. Can’t wait to stay again
