My stay at Aira was excellent. The staff are lovely and go above and beyond to make sure the guests are comfortable. The food in the restaurant upstairs was delicious and I had one of the best massages I’ve ever had at the spa. Highly recommend!

The property was beautiful, with a charming French-inspired style, and the rooms were stunning. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and spoke excellent English. They were also happy to provide useful advice on local attractions and the best ways to get around. The upstairs restaurant and bar were excellent, and all staff were welcoming, accommodating, and attentive throughout our stay.

The location is excellent, staff are very professional and helpful. Stayed in junior suite, large room, quiet aircon, quiet from any street noise and very comfy bed. It’s an older colonial style building but we enjoyed that charm, rather than sterile hotel. Pool is adequate for a cool dip. Highly recommend.

Aira was so conveniently located so close to train street and a stroll (or short cheap Grab ride) to the Old Quarter. The bed was comfortable and the room spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A particular mention for Tony who helped in so many ways including especially when we had trouble with the apps. The gym was sufficient and the pool was a welcome respite for the humid weather. We also enjoyed the rooftop bar which had great drinks and great views, particularly in the evenings. Daniel was a very hospitable waiter at the bar. I had an awesome neck, shoulder and back massage a the Aira spa. I would definitely recommend the Aira for accommodation.

Excellent polite staff however, our room was directly under the skybar so often heard the chairs being scraped across the floor both morning for breakfast and in the evening. For the price of the hotel, breakfast definitely should have been included but was not and we felt $17 AUD was steep so didn’t dine there. Gym was a couple of bikes, treadmill and small selection of weights but space was tiny and no air conditioning in the room. Pool area was nice addition and location was somewhat convenient. For star quality of hotel, AC unit in room definitely needed a clean and the corners of the bathroom and bedroom could be more throughly cleaned. Solid 4 stars.
