"Excellent location, friendly staffs. It is just 2 mins walk to the Skyliner train station. Lots restaurants close by. I stay at the room with a sofabed which allows me to use it to set my luggage, good size room for this price near Ueno. The hotel is a bit old, a facelift may help."

"The superior double twin room was great. Not huge but just enough had a nice little corner couch, perfect for suitcases. Little fridge, and safe, bidet, hairdryer etc all supplied Their pillows are very hard and seemed to have “dried beans”in them. They do offer an upgrade but we’re out when we tried. Our airplane neck pillows saved us!!otherwise everything was perfect. Staff was super nice!"
