"It's almost like a serviced apartment as there's a small kitchen with utensils available, washing machine and detergent can be requested at reception. Unfortunately it's quite noisy as you often hear others in the floors above/below as well as outside. Also a fair distance from the train stations."

"Convenient to train stations. The last day we took a Go taxi from the hotel to Tennoji station for ¥1300, then Haruka express to Kansai airport. You can buy Harukan ticket online for a cheaper price."

"The room was quite nice and new and the customer service is TOP, they replied very quick to any issue. There's no reception, but before you arrive they send you a code to access the facility. Everything went fine and we had a great time. Room was clean and looked like the pictures (superb!!). I would recommend it 10/10 and probably will book next time.
The only two things I would improve:
- room fells a bit naked, there's no wardrobe nor a table to lay things/eat
- the elevator in the facility...

"I needed a place close to Dotonbori and I snagged this place last minute! It was literally a 6-7minute walk from Dotonbori and it was a 2-3 minute walk from one of the restaurants I wanted to check out! Overall, the location is everything and since they only had one room left, I ended up staying in a Family room! I loved the space and what I loved even more was the free buffet breakfast! Wow! One of thee best hotel buffets I’ve had and one of the best miso soups I’ve ever had! They even had a rice DISPENCER! Like what?!?! I need that for my own home! lol Overall, great stay and even better value! "
"We had a great experience here as a family. The location near Namba Station and Dotonbori made exploring Osaka so easy, and the room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Excellent value — we’d gladly stay here again!"
