We are so glad we booked MoNday Osaka apartment. Starting from check-in to check-out was a smooth process. All staff were absolutely a pleasure to deal with, esp Sandi(big shout out to her!) , who went above & beyond to make our stay very comfortable. Room was faultless, location very convenient. Great hotel for families. We booked a grand family room for our family with two young kids. The hotel was fantastic, large room, clean, friendly and helpful staff. Having the separate bedroom was great so kids could sleep early in the room. Location is great only about 10 min walk to Namba station.

We loved our stay here, we traveled with our 10 month old so perfect for families the room was incredibly spacious. Washer and dryer was all in one which is nice. 3 min walk to Namba Yasaka Jinja closet train station is a 10 min walk, 7/11 right across the street, staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Defiantly would stay here again and have already recommend to friends and family
