The room is big and clean. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The hotel holds different activities which we had fun. The garden is nice too. One cons is that, there is no big shopping mall except Donki in walking distance.

Staff was really friendly and hospitality was great. Room was clean and had enough room for us 4 boys. Located right next to the Shin Imamiya train station made it so easy to get around Osaka. Located near by is the Tsutenkaku tower, great place to get pictures of the sunset. We really enjoyed our stay.

Overall service not as good as similarly priced Japanese hotels. Had problems locating delivered packages. Not as many amenities provided overall. Room lighting was poorly designed--there was never enough light. Blinds leak light. Pillows way too soft and flat. Good price and good location are the two main positives.

We didn’t dislike this property but it was a little strange. It was self check-in, rooms were clean but smaller than we expected. Rooms were clean and the area was safe. Conveniently located near a train station and very close to Namba. Very modern….

The hotel tends to be contemporary and very tidy. It provides various tourist guide services, such as a traditional Japanese food illustration seminar. Tour guide service is also available, but reservations are needed. At night, “takoyaki,” “draft beer,” and “apple juice” are free for customers while room keys are shown. Of course, the staff here is lovely and helpful. I had an enjoyable stay here.

The corner room has great views, very spacious and comfortable. Very new and clean. The front garden is great for kids to run around. The evening activities are fun. The breakfast and cafe areas are great. The location is close to some attractions but far from the center. Near train lines is a plus, but also around some large pachinko parlors a minus.

This hotel was impressive — only five years old and beautifully built. The entryway and overall layout made us feel very welcome right from the start. Check-in was modern and easy with wireless self-check-in kiosks, which was a nice touch. They provide yukatas in both adult and children’s sizes, along with all the amenities you might need. Every evening, they even offer takoyaki, beer, and occasionally champagne, which was a fun bonus. The first room we were assigned had a slight musty smell, but the staff quickly helped us switch to a different room with no issues — and the new room was perfect with no smell. I wish we had time to try the bathhouse, but unfortunately, our schedule didn’t allow it. We did get to try the breakfast one morning, and I wouldn’t recommend it — it was overpriced for the quality and the food tasted mediocre. Overall, I would definitely stay here again in the future, but I would skip the breakfast next time.

Good but not for more than 2 people per room

Good hotel, good location, clean and spacious. But not recommended if you plan to have more than 2 people in a room. 4 of us stayed at a room for 6. Separate toilet but no place to wash your hands after use, had to out and around the other side to the bathroom. Bathroom specious but only had minimal setup, not enough for 4 people to use efficiently. Wasted extra 1-2 hours a day to take turn to use the bathroom. Only a tiny hook to hang clothing and had to went over bed to reach it. Check-in not very smooth, the self service setup not able to capture passport photos

Hotel was clean and buzzing, but staff were unforgiving and unsympathetic. We misplaced our hotel card on the day of checking out and they charged us 3000 yen as a penalty. Even though they have a stack of endless cards on the table ready to activate. It wasn't a key but just a plastic card that you can de-activate if lost. We felt this was very unreasonable and very expensive for a piece of plastic. The hotel stay was 2 x more expensive than other accommodation options and we chose this for the green lawn, thinking it would be great for kids to run around. However there were mosquitoes everywhere and not viable to run around for long. It was also too hot outside so don't expect to be able to enjoy the lawn during the summer. We also chose the hotel for their free takoyaki and free beer. Free beer is good but takoyaki is very average. No sauces, no bonito flakes, 1 tiny piece of squid and the rest is all batter. Rooms were relatively small given the price. I disliked that the mattress slid off the frame every time we moved. The bed frame did not have an indent groove to lock in the mattress. Area around the hotel - there is a family mart and Donki 1 block away but that's about it. There is no life outside the hotel so don't expect to come downstairs and enjoy some shopping straight away. You are not in the heart of any action. Would not stay again due to the expensive fee for card we lost while packing our suitcase that day.

Room is clean people are nice, kids loves the night activity at hotel. Close to the station. Walking distance to Namba if we wanted to skip two train stops. Liked the kimono room wear! The buffet needs sooo long waiting time which was only complain we had.
