The location is perfect, everything is within walking distance. It is close to the Osaka Station, Dotonbori street, and smaller train stations. The staff is very friendly, they try to do their best to answer all your questions. The room was smaller than I expected but it was comfortable for two nights for two people.

The hotel felt new and modern and is in a great location for dining and some shopping. Very close to Dotonbori too! The room was quite small including the bathroom area, and the breakfast was just ok, decent amount of options though. I would skip the breakfast if I returned. The laundry room was not good, only 2 machines and 1 had an error code and the other was being used. Eventually the staff fixed the error so we were able to do a load. However, it did not dry the clothes at all and there was no way to extend the drying time. Had to walk to a nearby laundromat to finish drying them. Would have saved us time if we just went to the laundromat in the first place. Also, the hotel is not very close to a subway, about 10 to 15 min walk to the nearest, which isn’t too far but if you have infants and luggage it is a bit far. Overall, it’s a nice hotel and I chose it to be close to Dotonbori, but for conscience factors I mentioned, I’d probably find another place.

The karaksa hotel was in a very convenient location. It is within walking distance to many of the shops in Namba and a short walk to nearby stations. The rooms were very clean and bright and we had no issues with noise. Many toiletries were available for use, as well as a dining/sitting area with access to drinks machines and some light snacks. The only downside was the rooms were a little cramped - but this seems to be the norm in Japan. I would happily stay at this hotel again

I loved this hotel. Will definitely come back. It’s not far from the train station & shops. The 2nd floor has to washer/dryers. It cost about 300 to 600 yen for a load. It doesn’t really dry the clothes but you can request a drying rack.
