An exceptionally clean and well presented hotel and room. Have stayed as this hotel several times, it’s a convenient location to Birminghams China Quarter and Gay village. Staff on arriving and leaving were very professional , polite and welcoming

Great staff! They were beyond helpful and gracious to us and all our requests! Area around hotel was kinda dirty but was more due to the city itself, not from the staff or other people that stayed in the hotel.

A very nice budget hotel near Bullring and Chinatown. Clean but my back didn’t like the bed. Kontinental breakfast with a extra fee but was good.

This hotel is lovely to stay in. The staff are very friendly and very helpful, one lady really stands out and her her name is lisa, also Shane is very good. We will Definitely be back to stay in September. Thankyou to all that work here.
