Public areas were very impressive and luxurious. We loved the gardens and sitting out spaces. Nice to have the club lounge access with premium rooms- really enjoyed this facility. Good WiFi. Great parking. Fantastic location near town and theatres and restaurants and shops. It would have been good to have a coffee machine ( nespresso) in a premium room- the Premier Inn chain do this!

Walking distance to the town. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable bed. On site pool, steam room and sauna was great, very enjoyable. The breakfast was buffet, plentiful choices. They were short on staff on the day but staff on duty managed well to serve a busy dining room and were polite even though they were under pressure. A very enjoyable stay!

Comfortable king room, which we were able to access early & meant we could change to go to the afternoon theatre. Service from reception & bar very good. This is a nice hotel very conveniently located in Stratford for easy walking to the theatre and town centre. Would definitely stay again.

Beautifully spacious and clean, air conditioned room. Excellent outside/garden space with lovely atmosphere, where you can sit into the night thanks to the plentiful heaters. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. Swimming pool, sauna and steam room were brilliant 'extras' and we even took the chance for a treatment with Catalina. Would highly recommend and we will return.

The hotel was excellent, with a fantastic location ideal for exploring Stratford. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The facilities were outstanding, and the secure car park was a real bonus. Everything was first-class from start to finish a well-deserved 10/10. We would definitely stay again.

The room was spotless and the cleaners were great girls very helpful all staff were very helpful the only real problems are the very small portions in the restaurant and several things that were on menu where not available which of course happens but not every night with a small menu anyway this was disappointing I also thought expensive one night there was no water so no showers or toilet flushing on the third floor at least and when I spoke to reception no ideas apparently this is a regular thing

Loverly riverside terrace with plenty of seating areas. Breakfast is wide ranging but can be a bit of hard work finding all the choices and very busy on weekends. Club Lounge fills up quickly when complimentary drinks and snacks appear. Very effective air con in rooms. But in comparison to other local hotels, we would always stay here.

Loved this property! Onsite amenities, good breakfast, close to restaurants and theatre. The rooms and beds were comfortable and the staff was very accommodating. Premium room included access to lounge with evening reception of wine/beer hors d'oeuvres and all the time tea, coffee, soft drinks and cookies. Nice place to relax at the end of the day. Due to a conference going on, parking was challenging but available.
