If i had to round it up into two words it would be Great Value
Nothing really bad to say about this hotel its got great facilities with the gym and spa the food was great both the food we got at the bar and the breakfast and all great value would really recommend the food here. As for staff they were all really nice and friendly any isues and they were resolved straight away.
The location is unbeatable if you are visiting the NEC and Resorts world definitely the hotel of choice for my party next time we visit the area
