"Great location right on Westminster Bridge, with easy access to many of London’s main attractions. We stayed for four nights across two rooms, and overall the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. It’s a very large hotel, but it felt well managed, with good facilities and a pleasant overall atmosphere. The staff were especially helpful and friendly throughout our stay. My only minor disappointment was that our Expedia Gold status wasn’t formally recognized, so I came away feeling that booking directly with the hotel may offer better benefits in the long run. That said, the staff were great regardless, and overall we had a very positive"

"I don’t even know where to begin with this hotel. It was my second time at this hotel and it didn’t disappoint. The Taj in London is just spectacular our stay from start to finish was such a beautiful experience. It is a piece of luxury hidden in central London - we could have been anywhere in the world but we wouldn’t know as the hotel was just a dream! It just oozes charm and everywhere you turn the interior is just stunning. The room standard was just impeccable and a great view of the courtyard. Every member of staff we encountered were attentive and helpful nothing was too big or small for them. This stay has created wonderful memories for my family and I. We can’t thank the team enough within the services and the spa (I will also be leaving them a 5 star review). Apologies I didn’t get everyone’s names but thank you to everyone and a shout out to the gentleman in the concierge who was super helpful. We can’t wait to visit again."
