"Really nice hotel with a wonderful, pleasant staff. Our room faced the busy Buckingham Road and was pretty noisy at night (motorcycles!!), I suspect the back rooms are more quite. We never heard any noise within the hotel. We use a white noise generator on our phone to sleep so the sound did not keep us awake. The location is tremendous, walkable to a lot of places with an AWESOME direct doorway into Victoria Station that we used all the time. The restaurant "Soak" in the hotel is very good (excellent dim sum) and there are a lot of restaurants in easy walking distance including a good Thai and Turkish that we liked. Breakfast buffet was fine and you could custom order things such as omelets if you wanted something different. Super friendly and efficient staff that work the breakfast, which is a huge daily operation at the Clermont. The room itself was nice with a comfortable king bed and excellent climate control and a fully complimentary stocked refrigerator BUT the bathroom is the smallest we've EVER seen in any hotel. The bathroom did not have room for 2 people to use at the same time and had 23.5 inch step to get into the tub and shower. While we are older it was usable for us but anyone with any physical limitations might find this climb a bit much. Key question, would we stay at the Clermont Victoria again?, absolutely, but might request a room off the street this time - to us a solid 4 star hotel."

"Second time staying with my girlfriend last time in may for nearly two weeks and then a few days this time. Both times fire alarms have gone off in really annoying hours in may it was stupid late and this time really early in the morning evacuating us to the main room. It’s a really nice hotel the lack of a fridge to put stuff in is really my only gripe about the rooms"

"Very handy location to transport options, food and entertainment. The capsules were very comfy for the size. The lounge area downstairs had vending machines with snacks and drinks and even a part to pull your own pint. Will be keeping it in mind for future short trips to london (this was a two night stay for work)"
