Really wonderful stay and great value for money - the hotel is fairly small but the rooms were kept very clean, there’s a nice pool, a small gym and a great breakfast buffet. The best thing about the hotel for me was definitely the absolutely incredible staff - they were so helpful, warm and friendly. Would really, really recommend this to anyone staying in Siem Reap and will definitely be staying there again in the future.

I’ll cherish my stay here & my first ever trip to Cambodia for years to come! Obviously the hotel is nice and checks all the boxes like many others do (comfort, location, price, etc) but the entire staff is second to none and really added that intangible feeling to a trip that makes a country/hotel memorable. The staff was friendly, helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. The hotel had a friendly safe environment with a beautiful pool area. All staff spoke English very well. The menu selections included Cambodian and North American options which we appreciated. The value for our money was excellent. We would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is quite nice. Staff is excellent and very efficient. Rooms are well appointed and rhe pool is clean and well maintained. The food at the restaurant is above average but the breakfast buffet is excellent.

Very nice place at a great location. We stayed 4 nights there between Dec. 11-15, 2025. Rooms are clean and the staffs were very helpful. Especially ms.Sreykea not only helped us on getting directions, arranging tranportations but also introduced us to Cambodian history and architecture. At this time, Saem Reap was not affected by the border conflicts making the stay worry free. We are so happy with our visit.

Sopheap and his team were extremely helpful, organised tours and made my stay very memorable. The hotel is great, you would not be disappointed, great facilities and I most definitely recommend it. Bun who was the hotel driver was very professional and deserves a raise. I made sure to use him every day, and it was definitely worth it.

Our stay at Saem Siem Reap was the best service we’ve ever experienced! We felt so taken care of and cared for by the staff who were always checking in with us and happy to help with anything we needed. The rooms were extremely clean, in good condition and very comfortable. We arranged for a driver through the hotel to Angkor Wat temples for the day which was very affordable. The driver provided a cool towel and bottle of water after each stop, and transported us in a very clean air conditioned vehicle to our next stop. He also dropped us off at a delicious local restaurant for excellent Cambodian food. We also thoroughly enjoyed the drives to and from the airport with friendly and informative guides. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, we will certainly be back and recommend to everyone we know. The Cambodian hospitality we felt really made our trip memorable.

There was a variety of healthy breakfast and meal options. The staff were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms were extremely clean and the air conditioning served our needs perfectly. I would certainly recommend staying at this hotel if visiting Siem Reap.

The staff were wonderful! Ms. Sochin (spelling?) was particularly delightful and helpful, and the entire staff made our visit special. I rated the area around the property as 4 star because anyone who isn't used to developing nation cities might find it a bit dirty. It was certainly safe and transportation was easy.
