"This is a thoroughly excellent hotel. We were kindky upgraded and received Expedia-linked benefits. The staff are highly professional: welcoming and supportive throughout. We spent Christmas at Lebua - and it was truly a VIP experience! This is a stunning hotel. "

"Room was clean and tidy. I really liked the clever use of space, and having a bed that can lay flat or take a reclined position eliminates the need for a chair in the room. Room has two sets of blinds in the shower area, blackout and shade. Fridge was a giid size, and the complimentary toothbrush and tooth paste is a nice touch. Breakfast options were plentiful, covering both Eastern and Western preferences. Hotel is in a great location for the shopping along Orchard Road, with access to the MRT a 2-min walk away and bus stop opposite the building. Staff were friendly. Overall an excellent stay, only suggestion for improvement is to improve the automated check-out desks as they were incredibly slow (5-10mins and lots of 'please wait')."

The room and facilities are clean and modern. The location is the best, you can get to any and everything easily. There are always trusted taxi services right outside."
