We paid extra for the buffet breakfast, which had a great selection every morning, however on several occasions we were asked to pay, and at the end of our stay we were also given an invoice for the price of breakfast, although we had paid and showed this evidence several times. The rooms were nice and comfortable, however it was definitely difficult with only having three working elevators, even with the fourth in operation it seems as though it may not be enough.

Konumu mükemmeldi. Her yere rahatça ulaştık. Orchard road üzerinde diyebilirim. Nice, but just ok

Some stains on hallway carpet Lavatory faucet handle kept falling from on position. One of the pillows smelled musty. Towels were not fluffy. Wood floor in room was really scratched up and felt crumbs on floor when walking barefoot.

Excellent location in the heart of Orchard Road.

Excellent location in the heart of Orchard Road, the main shopping street of Singapore. The hotel is literally a couple of minutes to the Orchard MRT/subway station. That said, the property is a little aged and could do with an update. For example, it does not have any phone charging outlets in the room.

It was close to Orchard Road MRT Station, and the location was great for transportation and shopping. The room was clean and I was able to enjoy a variety of breakfast buffets, so I had the best stay. If I have the chance, I would like to stay at this hotel again.
