"The hotel and grounds look beautiful and it’s perfectly located for many things to do in Chester. The room was very clean and equipped with everything you might need. We found the mattress quite hard but that’s maybe our personal preference. The shower wasn’t over powerful either but nothing to complain about. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options and staff were attentive. We would stay again. "

"I loved this hotel and felt very special. The only thing I would look to improve would be the bathrooms. Whilst I understand the need to keep the regency suite as a 60 year old I found it a little unsafe getting in and out of the bath to have a shower without a bath mat or firm footing beneath me. "

"Right in the centre of town. Very friendly, helpful staff. We were very early for our check in, facilities provided to get changed and the stored out bags. Breakfast was very good. Room was a good size and clean. "
