We found the mattress quite hard but that’s maybe our personal preference. The shower wasn’t over powerful either but nothing to complain about. "I loved this hotel and felt very special. The only thing I would look to improve would be the bathrooms. Whilst I understand the need to keep the regency suite as a 60 year old I found it a little unsafe getting in and out of the bath to have a shower without a bath mat or firm footing beneath me. "
