"Hotel was in a very central location, close to everything. The Langham Mall is literally across the hotel and train station was 5 mins walk away.
At first, they couldn’t find our booking when we arrived so there was a delay with checking in, however they upgraded us to the Chairman Suite which is the grandest suite we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was perfect, the breakfast buffet had lots of choice and staff was really friendly and attentive to our young children. We will definitely return again."
"The front desk staff are professional and friendly. They are well trained. They were able to check us in early despite we arrived at the hotel early at 10 AM. The hotel location is super convenient, it is close to a subway station and close to all major shopping areas (Temple Street, Lady Street, and Nathan Road). Will definitely stay at this hotel again next time we are in Hong Kong. The concierge desk staff are super friendly too. "Arrived at 8:30AM, front desk staff checked us in, not needing to wait for the 2PM check-in time. Hotel staffs were friendly and knowledgeable. The room was clean. The hotel is a bit dated, bit the room was clean and quite. The date we checked in the hotel, it was the typhoon Ragasa hitting Hong Kong the hardest, but we didn't hear any wind noise from our room. It is a nice hotel, will stay at this hotel again next time we are in Hong Kong."
