"The room was fine, especially considering how cheap it was- the staff are SUPER helpful, always happy and willing to give recommendations and help you- a special thank you to Iris (hopefully that’s her name spelt right!) for making my stay so special and easy. "Close to dining area, convenient stores, market, banks, trams, MTR & taxis, etc. Staff are very nice. I only found out now as I’ve several bookings but have trips in between, I can store luggages with them for free. That’s a big bonus. If they have self service for laundry, that would be even better. If their restaurant opening hrs are longer, that would help, too. Overall, we like the hotel & will certainly be back in future."
