The Sheung Wan district is perfect to get a feel for Hong Kong. So, staying at iclub was perfect. And when all you are wanting is a clean and tidy hotel with a comfy bed, then there is no need to look any further than the iclub\. Stay and enjoy.

Great stayed

Great location and reasonable price. Staffs are lovely and helpful. I will come back and stay here again. Rooms are well nice and clean. The only downside is the only power source is at the desk which is far away from the bed.

Hotel reception is impolite and shows little care when dealing with customers. Hotel condition is in general dirty and run down. The hotel is right next to a wet market and can be smelly sometimes. Subway is at least 15 minutes walk.

Room not as described, elevator waiting time is too long, waited 20 m in the morning. Overall I would def. look for other options. Donโ€™t book the room 1 King, 2 Queen bed option, it does not exist, given a terrible sofa bed indeed. And they donโ€™t accept refund and Expedia is being expedia โ€˜apologies but you booking is โ€ฆ.โ€™ you know how it ends. Avoid pls

The hotel was as expected (I stayed at other iClub Hotels before). Modern, clean style. Unfortunately there was first a damage at the toilet and at the end as well at the shower head. Nothing serious, but for the quite high price, that should not happen. The location is quite good and not that far from MTR. As in the other iClub hotels the number of lifts does not match the number of room/floors/guest. Sometimes you need patience while waiting for the lift - and then it is crowded.

The washroom supplies are very poor.

For washroom supplies, we have only the toothbrush and the toothhpaste in pill form, very poor. Will try another hotel next trip to Hong Kong. This hotel is becoming old. There is only one USB outlet. All the power outlets are only in Hong Kong Style, and the hotel does not provide any help for converter. The point is, this is not suppose a cheap hotel in terms of prices, and yet the power outlets are not up to international standard. That is very disapointting. I know tha there are a lot of visitors trying to go out to buy converters at the midnight time, and of course they cannot find one!!
